Programme Aims and Objectives
Short term objectives – have been to start the service within the Evesham area. Offering initial places to
clients that are unable to attend FE Colleges and/or day care, or have limited access to these organizations,
or who have limited work placement opportunities. We have gained an initial customer portfolio
for clients to be able to have the training experience at the centre.
Medium term objectives - to increase the amount of clients that are able to access this service.
Build up a larger customer portfolio in all skill areas.
Long term objectives - to increase the amount of services and opportunities provided at the centre
(by encouraging and educating local employers) and increase the number of staff employed and clients
accessing the centre and to be able to open the service up to people in surrounding areas as well as Evesham
